HEAL 1 – weekend workshop

Begins on March 4, 2021, 7:00 pm

Ends on March 7, 2021, 12:00 pm

Immerse yourself for a long weekend and see how wonderfully different you feel by Sunday.

The disruption of these times is nowhere more evident than in healthcare where systems and people are often at the brink of breakdown or burnout.

This is where leadership matters greatly and leaders who are resilient, agile and wise can make a world of difference. The HEAL program develops and fortifies more of them.

Participants are asked to come with a leadership challenge to address during the program. They’re also encouraged, though not required, to attend in colleague pairs to enhance application of learnings afterwards.

The program is set in a rich, experiential online learning environment. No prior meditation or physical training experience is required.

Outcomes:

  • New ways to face into challenges and a new “you” facing them – guaranteed
  • Physical access to 4 modes of leadership you can apply any time , any place
  • Practices for better decision making, stronger influencing, and realizing your vision
  • A pathway enlivened by physical Zen training that you can take as far and deep as you want

Faculty: Dr. Ginny Whitelaw, Founder and President of IZL and Marcela Kyngesburye, IZL Instructor

Schedule: This program will be virtual. Starting at 7pm on March 4th and ending on March 7th at 12 noon US Central Time Zone.

Fee: $545.00 USD. A number of partial scholarships are available. Feel free to apply for one here.

Who can attend? Healthcare professionals who want to move beyond fear or exhaustion, who want to live and lead on purpose, and are willing to get out of their comfort zones to explore a greater experience of who they are.
